Triboro Join the beta

Privacy policy

Last updated October 29, 2026

This policy covers triboro.app, the website for Triboro. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you sign up for the beta, we store the email address you give us, the role and QuickBooks Desktop edition you pick, any note you write, and the time you signed up. We don't ask for your name, company or phone number.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you found the site. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking cookies.

How we use it

We use your email only to contact you about the Triboro beta and launch. We don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their marketing.

Your books

This website never sees your accounting data. The Triboro software runs on your own computer, and nothing from your company file is sent to this site or to us.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep beta signups until the beta ends or you ask us to remove you. Email contact@triboro.app to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to unsubscribe. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we extend them to everyone.

Children

Triboro is business software. The site is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. If the change is significant, we'll email beta signups first.
